About the Event
As required under the By-laws, the Board of Directors will meet annually to elect officers, cover House business, and convey appreciation to those that have volunteered for the organization in the previous year. Any Director that cannot attend CAN give their proxy to another Director.
This is a private meeting of the Board of Directors. Board members will recieve a link to join the meeting. It is being hosted on the HOB Website.
